ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

There are levels to this. One-on-one personal training allows for the most individualized program design. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced gym-goer, our one-on-one personal training programs safely progress clients through an integrated exercise program by first addressing any existing muscle imbalances and/or postural distortion patterns. Then, we systematically progress a client to almost any goal. Such as a decrease in body fat, an increase in lean-body mass (muscle) and increased strength.   

  • MONTHLY 4-PACK - 1X a WEEK $440
  • MONTHLY 8-PACK - 2X a WEEK $720
  • MONTHLY 12-PACK - 3X a WEEK $960
  • MONTHLY 16-PACK - 4x a week $1, 120

GROUP TRAINING

Pair up and shape up. Group or buddy training is great for couples, co-workers, besties, mother and daughter, or the social sister that feels she would benefit from having a weekly partner. No workout partner in mind? We love to play matchmaker, based on similar fitness levels (2-3 per people per session).
