GIRL CODE GROUP EXERCISE
"Be the person you needed when you were younger"...
Our girls today are faced a lot. One thing they shouldn't have to navigate on their own is the importance of exercise, nutrition and self care. Developing healthy habits now, associating exercise with fun, and discovering new ways to communicate and process feelings about their health and bodies is the goal.
A 40-minute group exercise session / Followed by 20-minute 'circle' group discussion.
Friday's 3:30 - 4:30pm (after-school arrivals between 3:30-3:45)
Drop-In Rate - $20 (FREE ALL OCTOBER!)
Monthly Pass $65 (4 classes)
