Butts & Guts
Get ready for a glute activating good time. Primed with resistance bands, Bosu balls, kettlebells, dumbbells and beats - at Butts and Guts we target our core (abs!) and booty with a series of strength building, stability and power exercises designed to shape the glutes and flatten the mid-section.
Small class sizes (ranging 3- 10 people) allows each individual to get the one-on-one attention he or she may need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10 minutes early.
